The role requires:

• A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification

• Team working, they are a lovely family feel nursery and they strive for happiness for our people

• Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures

• A good understanding of child development in line with the EYFS

• Supporting all nursery staff to help deliver outstanding childcare

• Strong communication with both adults and children

• Reporting issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services

• Partnership working with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive

• Positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain a happy nursery

Essentials

• Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Paediatric First Aid

• Basic Safeguarding

• Working knowledge and understanding of current EYFS

• Evidence of partnership working
