• You will be able to work closely within the senior nursery management team to provide a high level of professional leadership

• You will be able to support room staff in their roles and maintain positive working partnerships with the team, parents, carers and outside agencies

• You are someone who can generate creative ideas to inspire learning, write reports and keep clear and accurate records

• You will promote a high standard of quality within the nursery including practice, environment and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage

• You are a strong communicator with both adults and children

• You will ensure all children access a high quality and fun curriculum that suits their individual needs
